How we think about living arrangements
We did not design these options from a menu of services. We designed them by listening to what residents and their families actually needed. Some people want company without intrusion. Others want privacy but not isolation. A few want the full weight of daily life taken care of entirely.
All three options share the same foundation: fresh meals, a working garden, clean and comfortable rooms, and staff who know the residents personally. The differences between them are about how much is included and how much personal space and support is provided — not about the quality of care, which remains consistent throughout.
Option One
Garden View Shared Room
฿13,200 /month
A pleasant shared room for two residents, with beds positioned to offer each occupant their own corner of natural light and privacy. Wardrobe space, bedside tables, and personal reading lamps are included for both residents. The room opens onto a small garden-facing verandah where residents can sit together or apart depending on their mood.

Private Northern Room

A private, single-occupancy room with a northern-style teak-panel interior, en-suite bathroom, a double bed with quality mattress and cotton bedding, a personal writing desk, and a wardrobe. The room is on the ground floor, with level access throughout. Natural light enters through a wide window that faces the garden.

- Three daily meals and twice-weekly laundry
- En-suite bathroom with ground-floor, level access
- Weekly programme: crafts, garden walks, outings
- Visits to Chiang Rai flower festival grounds and local temples
- All utilities, daily housekeeping

Most CompleteFull Residence Package

A complete, all-in living arrangement in a spacious private room with garden-facing windows, a sitting area with an armchair and side table, personal wardrobe, and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. Meals emphasise northern Thai flavours and seasonal produce from the garden. A staff member is available daily for personal non-medical assistance.
